I found my stay to be a fantastic experience, with a short stroll to both the iconic Obelisco and the vibrant Galerias Pacifico just a few steps away, making it easy to soak in the local culture and landmarks. the room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and spoke great English, which was a relief since I only had basic Spanish.

The pool was fantastic, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring. The sauna offered a relaxing escape too. The spacious room was a cozy retreat, and we loved the views from the balcony! You have to check out the hot-stone massage, it was just what we needed after a long flight.

The heated pool was a lifesaver after long days so I could do some laps and unwind a bit and the service was good if not great the staff actually responded to my requests pretty timely.

Had a lovely five-night stay in a spacious Superior Double Room. I really enjoyed the relaxing sauna and the refreshing swimming pool after exploring the city. Although the elevator could use a bit of cleaning, it didn't take away from my overall experience, and I’d definitely recommend checking this place out for a fun getaway! 😊

Enjoyed the heated pool. it was a great spot to relax. Breakfast spread had nice variety, but seating could be more spacious during busy hours. My room felt spacious, but the bathroom was a bit small for my liking. Housekeeping did a commendable job. However, the Wi-Fi connection needs fixing. it was unreliable. Only one shampoo bottle without replacements is odd. The TV remote didn't work properly. Overall, pleasant stay but some significant upgrades are needed.

I loved having breakfast until 10:30, which was perfect since we often woke up late, and the bar staff were super friendly. The spa area was a nice little retreat, and I enjoyed spending time in the sauna after a long day.
